I want to tell you how happy I am with the service provided by Connie Lyke Brown. Connie helped find the perfect house. She knew what I was looking for and while I was 1,000 miles away trying to sell my house, she found me a house that met my needs perfectly. I was so confident in her knowledge of the neighborhood and my requirements that I bought the house without actually seeing it in person. Connie took pictures and videos which she sent to me. As soon as I saw the pictures I made an offer which was accepted. I am now living in the house and I couldn't be happier.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Connie Lyke Brown. She was excellent in every way and made the transaction so much easier than it could have been, as I was so far away in the North and had only seen the condo once or twice. I’m here in Sarasota now and though I’m drowning in boxes, I love my new home.
